All Reuben Heaton products are guaranteed against any manufacturing or material defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorised modification, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims, along with the proof of original purchase, should be marked for the attention of Customer Services.

Register Your Warranty
To register your product warranty, please email info@reubenheaton.com with the following information:
- Full name including first name and surname
- Your current postal address
- Your products name (e.g. Flyweight, Specimen Hunter and include the capacity or you may have a product code (which can be found on the scale dial)
- Your products warranty number (begins with EW)
- The date you purchased the product on
- If you prefer to be contacted by email or post
!! We cannot manage the warranty process without all this information. Please double check you have entered it correctly before sending.
By sending us this information and registering your product warranty, you will be giving us permission to store your details, for the purpose of contacting you regarding your warranty.
